Business in Ministry (BIM)

In partnership with CCI Professional, Business in Ministry (BIM) is a 9-month journey specifically tailored to equip members of the Lifework Leadership Commissioned Community to build Kingdom Businesses.

Work is not a curse; it's a blessing from God. Man was created to work; it's ingrained in our purpose. Yet outside of paradise, work can feel like a curse. As Christian business leaders, are we merely competing amidst the thorns and thistles of this world, or are we cultivating our businesses as gardens? Are you cultivating your business to fill your whole industry?

Throughout the journey you'll explore the Principle of Habitat while mastering the Mission Alignment Process (MAP) — the backbone of the programme — alongside Industry 4.0 thinking and AI-enabled systems that help you transform your business into a paradise.

Commissioned Community · Deep Dive

Paul's MissionS

Paul's Missions are the recurring gatherings at the heart of the Commissioned Community. Named after the Apostle Paul's missionary journeys, they bring graduates back together several times through the year. A rhythm of get-togethers built around ongoing impact rather than a fixed curriculum. Where the Jesus Journey is the entry point, Paul's Missions are how the community keeps moving: staying connected across industries and generations, sharpening one another and carrying what they've learned back into their businesses and their city.
